Comments: I have always known about Sir Donald Campbell from my father, who admired his courage and bravery. My father has been dead now 26 years and i still remember the dreadful day of the accident , i was a young child .

Comments: My Mother worked for the robinson's at the sun Hotel where he stayed and in earlier years the Black Bull inn. She was a waitress there and had many stories to tell, I grew up with watching him do his runs and excitement grew throughout the village when we knew he was coming"!
