Triumph actually do make a triumph rocket 3 it's a modern john bloor triumph a 2294 cc beast perhaps these are the engines they are using ?

If I ask when the sponsons will be finished... Had to order some more exotic material from California today. It's just not possible to source aerospace alloys in imperial sizes over here any more. Surely the outright attempts must reach the point where the chance of being killed is greater than the chance of getting away with it then the family of a smear of jam on the desert will sue the governing body for encouraging their loved one into such a foolhardy pursuit so no more outright records...

No forward fins on the sponsons ,wouldn't want to run at higher speeds without any. Will it plane ? and with those intake apetures smaller than origional ,she's flameing out may be a commonly heard phrase. But hat's off to em for building it in such a short time. K7's cofg was 11 feet forward of the transom ,although this was the beryl engined version .
