Re: K7 sticker

May I suggest the team look into large sized magnetic vinyls - probably 'Team Only'. I have this vision of the team turning up, in their various vehicles, with the Infinity / K7 symbol on the side of every Car / Carrier / Whatever. In the meantime it would add that little extra touch when you go out...

Re: The Vulcan XH558 & General Aviation Thread

The discussion about Ejector Seats is remarkably like the one that goes on these days with regard to Lifeboats (rather than Liferafts) on ships. The balance is one of weighing the benefits of the rescue system (in the case of Lifeboats they are extremely rarely used in anger these days, even in emer...

Re: Nomadic, Titanic & other historic vessels

Ships of Britannia's vintage and design are a massive undertaking to keep running in the modern world. Everything is obsolete and no longer made and the skills to run and maintain the machinery are rare in the modern world. Like Warships there comes a point when modernisation to do the job of a Roya...

Re: John 'Futch' Futcher

If you have the text in electronic form (and sufficient rights to the content) then you can publish as an EBook after a little fiddling. And if you don't its not a massive effort these days to scan and use Optical Character Recognition to give you the text. That would make the book available on a co...

Re: Richie's Little Tank

1st Battalion The Rifle Brigade
22nd Armoured Brigade
7th Armoured Division

Either from the Battalion HQ (in which case the Tac Sign colour is non-regulation) or, possibly, attached to HQ 5 RTR (which would match the Tac Sign)

Re: Richie's Little Tank

Spoke to one of the collectors over there, they had a hang fire on the main armament, rather than leaving the shell in battery, they cleared it and it went off out of battery....you can work out what happened next. And again - for those who don't understand tank-speak? They tried to fire the main g...

Re: Richie's Little Tank

I thought the military vehicle followers here, including Richie, would like to know. Earlier today there was an accident with a privately owned M18 Hellcat on a range in Bend, Oregon, during an event that was being filmed. There was an explosion in the (open topped) turret and two occupants were kil...
