When you say “all quiet” does that mean silence nothing going on from either party ? What happened toGina saying she was going to mediate and settle it ?
Why cant the BBP just get some sponsors and money and go it alone and show off K7 without the museum .

The scenarios are endless . All we want as K7 Bluebird enthusiasts is to see K7 as she was intended to be seen , planing ,with rooster tails at a decent speed (no record attempts) on flat calm glass mirror like open water .......is that really to much to ask considering the effort and hard work that...

A few thoughts for you to ponder perhaps, Ernie. The Ruskin was deeded the wreckage of K7. However, in a legal sense, the wreckage of K7 now no longer exists (save for possibly a few small shards of twisted metal at the bottom of Coniston, and the corroded jet engine in the museum). Signed contract = legally binding agreement between two or more parties to complete something. Verbal agreement, non binding often misinterpreted.....
