Re: Across The Lake

Does anyone know of a decent, watchable copy of the film - available you tube versions are quite poor resolution - a link or pointer where to buy a decent copy would be appreciated

Re: What have forum members been up to?

Great bikes - First choice would be the Yamaha Flat Tracker but I like the idea of the Guzzi, lovely profile - the Laverda hiding in the background would be interesting to see under power too. Looks like a good day out.

Good luck with the travel up, we hope to see you Sunday/Monday if we can push past any crowds or that might be me b...

Re: Isle of Bute

Thanks for the tips ref walking/parking.

Good to see the team at work again this afternoon, we felt very honored to have the chance to give a hand pushing/shoving to get things parked up safely.

Look forward to seeing you all up on Bute soon - I'll get a round of beers in for you all!

We are staying near to the ferry/harbour - any recommendations for places to eat or drink of an evening? From your previous visits do you have any ...

Re: Isle of Bute

We have managed to get a couple of days of and have booked Rothesay for a couple of nights starting 5th August. I can only re-iterate your comments, I have not been to Isle of But but have felt a level of sadness regarding the recent news and only hope that the "phoenix" of Bluebird will raise the l...
