K777 from an engineering standpoint was a well made craft, when you look at what was done it was all high quality (IMHO) problem was the additional weight, sponson shape / width etc linked with intake shape / volume prevented it from working as intended. Nice to hear Dave Warby has had a safe day of trials. They had a 10knt cross wind on the lake so there were some issues keeping the boat straight (sounds familiar) today’s speed was 170 mph.

Seems someone has been paid by the museum to tend to the grave. I am guessing this is after the many years that Novie spent doing such work for free, as long as it is being tended to I guess. I did note that Barry was immediately jumped on for suggesting Novie undertook such work..... Usual suspects...
