Any news? Or will this be decided just after the Brexit decision?

Re: Avro Vulcan XL319
It's amazing how you got these going again. I need to admitt though, its kind of boaring to watch. Having a jet engine in a boat located near the water and to see how it blows the water behind it, is a lot more exciting to me

Re: Avro Vulcan XL319
Bill, I understand your plan is to start the engine and run it - I asume in idle or a little above. How do you consider the overall condition of the engine? Would it be possible to run it full throttle?

Re: Planning Time before the Proving Trial?
If the 2020 trails rely on the same people/organizations which prevented the 2019 trails, then I don't bet a penny on any runs in 2020.

Annoying behaviour of Change.org
After signing the petition to allow K7 to run this summer and also looking at the opposite petition to store K7 in the museum right away, I now get an email from Change.org every 2 or 3 days I shall finally sign the damn latter petition too. NO, I do not want to. Buggers.

Re: What have forum members been up to?
Have you had any other motor cycles? I do own a Moto Guzzi Nuovo Falcone 500 from 1976 which I bough in the early 1990, but only ran it one or two seasons. Due to problems with the carburator its standing since then. Its a but ugly too. Some years ago I bought a Quantya, which is an electric cross ...

Re: What have forum members been up to?
Did it take a lot to convert the bike to left hand drive for the German roads Joerg? :D :D :D 1947 = no brake lights, no turn signal lights. As far as I know the only change is the position of the rear mirror - its supposed to be on the left side in Germany, while on the right side in the UK. Gas, ...

Re: What have forum members been up to?
The bike has undergone a restoration, but I can't tell when. It was first registered in Germany in 1991, then sold to an old bikes enthusiast in 1992 who owned it until last year when he died. It looks like a AJS 16M and the manufacturing date was estimated to 1946. Both frame and motor numbers indi...
