Re: Donald Campbell's Road Cars

In no particular order and by no means an exhaustive list, an AC Ace, 4.5 Litre Bentley, Aston Martin DB2, Aston Martin DB3, Jaguar XK 120, Jaguar XK 150, Mercedes SL, MK1 Jaguar, Radford Mini Cooper, Aston Martin DB4 GT, Jaguar E-Type 4.2, Morris 1000 Traveller. I'm not aware of the Jensen, if he ...

Donald Campbell's Road Cars

I know Donald Campbell had a series 1 E-Type at the time of his demise but can anyone shed light on his previous cars? I believe he once owned a Jensen Interceptor.

Re: The Vulcan XH558 & General Aviation Thread

Based on a conversation I had sometime ago with a warbird operator the pilot may not be insured to make an impromptu guest appearance whilst on their way to another show or out on a test flight. Whatever happened to the good old days before insurance companies ruled our lives? :(

Re: New Members

Thanks for the welcome aboard Bill. I'm plugging away at the diary archive but it's dragging me away from working on a regular basis, once I catch up with the diary there's only the forum posts and links to do and I'll feel up to speed! I had built up an impression from the Sky News documetary that ...
