Aaarrrggghhh - they're back again.

Just a suggestion but it might be worth not only deleting the posts and the user accounts but also put one of those annoying 'type the letters you see in the box' thingys when registering to keep out the spam-bots.

Alternatively you could always try and redirect them to the HLF, I'm sure they'd appreciate a hard time (pun intended).

I know many people ARE bothered by such posts as the one i read on here recently (totally off subject and absolutely adult in it's content), but i understand that it is a hazzard of any website or forum on the internet today, therefore, i just ignore such posts and move straight onto the interesting stuff. in all the time i have been reading in on the forum, i have only encountered ONE such post !

Kudos to the admin team on keeping on top of it.

As an aside, spamming is, unfortunately, one of the hazzards of running a forum. whilst there are ways to "limit" this, there is not a 100% succesful method, short of an admin "approving" each new membership request to vet "possible" dodgy memberships. It's either that, or enforce a "new posts approved by admin" option as standard policy, but that takes away from the interactivity of the forum. There are however methods to limit it. As i run a phpbb forum myself, i can vouch for this fact personally.
Just cos my username is Thunderer, doesn't necessarily mean I SHOUT !!
