Equally, now that it's all one colour it's easier to see the dramatic offset of the frame. The foremost bulkhead (F-22) appears to have its hole off-centre and the flange plates where it rivets into the frame are all off to one side. This is because the frame was an inch wrong at the front and the entire front end, floors, outer skins, bulkheads, the lot, were offset at Samlesbury to compensate.

Excellent shot of the boat being put on to her dolly.Now getting ready for fitting the systems into the old girl 
And the left hand side of the workshop floor is clear of all those panels. Nicely put away upstairs by my good self and Jersey Mike along with the Flutes etc to get the workshop nice and clean and free of clutter. The upstairs is all sorted now and back in a usable condition with lots more space to boot. Even Mike's fabrics can be gotten to without clambering over all sorts of items. Taken a while on Saturday but got there in the end job done.SO KEEP IT TIDY AND PUT BACK WHAT YOU PULL OUT

Interesting pic today - 16 December. Fascinating detail.
Is the suggestion that this fitting was in effect a potential 'choke' in the fuel line, OK for normal duty but perhaps a limitation when the engine was pushed hard? Was this the same fitting as used with the earlier Beryl fuel system or was it new with the Orpheus installation in 1966?
What are the indications that lead you to feel it should have been one inch bore diameter rather than 0.75 inch? Is the rest of the fuel system one inch bore?

So are you considering opening up the inlet to 1" to ensure efficient running or leave it as is?
