OK, let me see .... 4lb lump hammer moving at 10mph, velocity reduced to zero by the impact .... using 0.5mv^2 I make that just over 18 Joules of energy dissipated on impact .... not sure about the exact damage, but would definitely make me feel betterRichie wrote:Takes less time to issue force mate.......
