What is the working time of the choccie sauce?

We get it in 12 or 24 hour varieties, so the working time is excellent from our point of view and only a few times so far have we commenced such a large job that we needed to put some extra graft in before the 'sauce' dried- riveting on the corrugated floor underneath the cockpit was one such time, and when I bolted in the steel angles that hold the front spar was another; I got most of it done in one afternoon/evening session, and went back in early the next day to complete it.

Riveting the main outer floors on is going to be fun though...

We have 36hr too and all of it is designed to go off at a controlled temp. so in winter it takes even longer. I suspect the main floors will be put down front to back with 36hr choccie and a zillion pins and bashed down on a three-shift basis to be sure we get it first time and spot-on.

It's even worse when fuss-pot Mike is two minutes behind you trying to clean it when you're still setting rivets leaving you nowhere to put your hands, tools, bags of rivets, etc.

...and it's even worse still if you don't try and keep on top of it as you go, on the bigger jobs at least. It's truly foul stuff.

And even worse still when you take up a job half finished and the previous person has left it all over the shop and you have to clean it before you begin....
