Hi Paul, welcome. Glad you're enjoying what we're doing! The pre-order period for the DVD has long passed, so now they are being sent out without any paint flake certs. It's still our best DVD to date though!

Just to let everyone know, we're pretty much at the cut off point now for any Christmas shop orders, for anything to be embroidered in time. Cheers!

shop items

Post by thebassmasta » Mon Dec 12, 2016 9:14 pm

i recently made an online purchase from the shop (12/11/2016) and still have not received my items, i have sent e-mails messages and received no replys, so i think the only way is to go public on this to see if it can get someones attention

It would help if we knew who you were...but as it happens, I looked up your name via the forum admin and your order went out at the end of last week so should be with you shortly. As we point out though, we're not Amazon, and a little patience is always appreciated.

Just double checked- definitely shipped out, so give it a bit longer and if nothing still arrives, let us know.
