All together now " OH, I'M A HAPPY ANORAK, I'M A HAPPY ANORAK"

ps. Pier Cottage........... that guy was a right HAT !
Imagine how pee'd off he'll be when K7 returns to the lake! All these people standing outside his house, pointing and taking pictures quite legally and nothing he can do.

Oh, we will not be standing anywhere near his house for more than one reason, believe me !
To add to Bill's point of not going there now or in the future..... it makes good sense to launch K7 from elsewhere anyway because although historically PIER COTTAGE should be the place, I doubt it (or the old geezer) could cope with the crowds and technical requirements required for the team.
So Novie.... looks like you and your baseball bat for security are out of a job.

Strange you should mention that - a pal of ours, a big, burly joiner who mended boats on the river, vanished one day not to be seen for several years until a group of local girls on a hen-night discovered him in a Glasgow club wearing stockings, sussies, the lot!
It must be something in the lemonade up there...

hi Bill

so whats on the agenda for your Coniston visit this week ...

Are you plunging into dark lakes with a wet suit ?
Or having a few Lemonades in the Black Bull ... ?
Many Miles away, there's a shadow on a door, of a cottage on the Shore, of a Dark Scottish Lake.....

Just a quiet weekend with the family. No diving but perhaps a lemonade or two.
