Cracking diary ! Was surprised to see the risqué image though....

Eh?
That's what I said but apparently one of the pic's includes a particular piece of grownup graffiti that I had to search for then then couldn't really make out anyway. Nothing to worry about.

I really enjoyed the latest diary entry Bill. Always guaranteed to entertain and inform.
Incidentally, there are those among us who enjoy gazing up a good tailpipe!

Glad you liked it... I only got grief from the dog-loving masses for not crying enough over my dead pet but therein lies another rant. The jetpipe is a smidge more interesting now that it has thermocouples in it but it's not half as interesting as the sucky end but, sadly, that gorgeous fuel system resurrected by AEC will be entirely buried once we put the engine in the hole, which won't be too much longer now that we have the boat on her moving dolly. The whole setup is now low enough that we can fit an engine, which was mostly the point. Exciting times.

Hi guys and girls at the BBP,

I just have to say I thoroughly enjoyed the lastest installment and it was most certainly worth the wait. Just wondering though, once the build is over, are there any plans for a book?

Cheers.

Nothing definite yet but I've had a great many requests. Trouble is, what to put in it because it's all on the website, warts and all. Maybe revisit a few selected diary entries from over the years along with the guide to idiots and the 'Mrs Dog Coat' tale. We'll see...

I think a book full of nothing but boat would be dull, dull, dull. Certainly I wouldn't write it. The story is much richer than that.
