Hello all,

It seems that this site is mercifully still up and going - all ready to face much irreverence from me - again.
I've been somewhat incommunicado the last 3-4 years, due to divorces, upping sticks from the UK and leaving (almost) everything to ex-wives, and settling in Phoenix, Arizona.
I also lost my screen name and details, so I've merely signed in under a 'nom de plume' of Arthur Benjamins. Anything off-color I may print here - please blame him. I gather he's gotten rather used to it by now.

Blue skies,

Hi Arthur
Nice of you to drop in and see us. I do hope life is treating you a little better these days old friend. Was hoping to drop down south and catch up with you during your recent visit. Sadly time is not mine at the moment so I could not make it . Twas only the other day I was looking at a folder and viewed the photo of us in the landrover which some swine had written Novie and Arthur on the sun strip.Happy times even though we had been lugging heavy batteries. Would do it again in a flash but as you said in a previous correspondence a little slower perhaps. :D What a night after the record run when you missed that lovely women who baired her breasts and exclaimed "these were yours "been stairing at you all night long! Then stormed off!!
Your face was a picture old buddy! She slipped through your hands. Hope to have a drink with you and a catch up at somepoint.

Hi mate,

Good to see you're still about. It's been truly many years since my forum visit. I just chanced upon your reply- I had hope I'd get an automatic email to say that someone had replied, but alas, it wasn't to be.
You're more than welcome to come down south - the only problem that when you get there, you'll have to turn sharp right and travel about 5500 miles till you arrive in Phoenix, Arizona.
I, too, was recently looking at some 2001 Pendine pics, loitering with some dirty old wally and a near-broken down Landy.

LOL.

Blue skies.
