shop items

Post by thebassmasta »

i recently made an online purchase from the shop (12/11/2016) and still have not received my items, i have sent e-mails messages and received no replys, so i think the only way is to go public on this to see if it can get someones attention

Mike Bull wrote:It would help if we knew who you were...but as it happens, I looked up your name via the forum admin and your order went out at the end of last week so should be with you shortly. As we point out though, we're not Amazon, and a little patience is always appreciated.
mike i received an e-mail 0n the 21st november stating my item was shipped that was 3 weeks ago, so you can understand my concern,
