Managed to find a decent 1/6 scale stl file on the interweb, here's my scaled up 1/4.2 rough version to see if it's viable. It's not looking too shabby at the moment. I'll have a look when it's finished before I commit the time & filament to a higher resolution version.

Ouch [.] , that was only part of the conversation Mike, he knows about all of the team, we've been through the team page several times. He absolutely refuses to accept that BFG stands for Barry From Grimsby!
He wants a searching hat like Bill's & wants to drive a fire engine like Fireman Sam when he grows up.
We also went to the Lakeland motor museum today, the only thing he wanted to see was the K7 from Across The Lake, he stood there mesmerised for a good 10 minutes, his attention span is usually only around 30 seconds normally, so it must have been a profound experience for him.

John and Rich did the internal structure - about 200 parts per sponson. I did the welding and much of the tin bashing on the upper fairings. We all skinned them and Mike and BFG were on it from the get-go but specialised in detailing the wedges and stabilising fins as the job neared completion. Rich proved himself king of the Helicoils on that job too. And that's without MKW Engineering's £20k contribution in machining the wedges after ThyssenKrupp donated the material.Me trying to explain to my 3 year old grandson that a guy called Richie spent 2 years sweating blood over the sponsons...
They are exactly to the drawings and the result of a huge team effort. We're very proud of our sponsons. But, yes, technically a guy called Richie did sweat blood for two years over them...

i don't recall helping to build any sponsons, possibly similar to a trauma incident, my brain has erased those years from my memory.
