BBC News piece.

Someone needs to ask Richard when they'll be finished. I mean, he absolutely must know! What sort of a project manager is he? This is rubbish.

Thrust SSC Scale Models

Post by pmw1985 »

Does anyone know of any large scale models of Thrust SSC looking for a coffee table centre piece before the misses puts a vase of flowers on there.

I have all 6 of the LLedo models including the Microcadim model but would like something of a bigger scale.

Many thanks,
Perran

There is a model by John Shinton & Bizarre. Both 1/43 scale, about 19 inches long. Very hard to find & fetch high prices when they do appear.

Hmmm, what happened to the huge logo on the sides for that well known Chinese car maker?

Geely logo is back on there, Jordan - just the wording's not in English!

Great to see another landmark step.

Almost as impressive as our Orpheus tests :D

It's absolutely terrific that the Bloodhound team have reached the point of running the car. A tribute to the sheer tenacity of Richard & Co.

History's been made, and it will only get more exciting from here.

Such a shame, they seemed so close too, well apart from needing 25m to get it over the line. Sorry but cant see it happening now
