Hello all,
I've always been fascinated by LSR and WSR, particularly the Campbell dynasty, but what leads me to the Bluebird Project in particular is the Barracuda. I'm an aviation writer and specialise in naval aviation and happen to be working on a book on the Barra, which has been an off-and-on thing since I finished my book on the Blackburn Skua four and a half years ago. I met Bill briefly at the launch of the Barra project at Yeovilton last year and did a blog entry on it here -

I have to add that I have just purchased a copy of the print 'Patience' from the BBP shop and it is absolutely beautiful - a really evocative work and highly recommended. Mine is number 37, so if they are being sold in order there are only another 13 opportunities to own a copy... I can't wait to see the real thing back where she belongs, especially after having been to Coniston last year and Ullswater last month.
